CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the office specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice and without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service at their next appointment.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service  and/or their gift certificate, if using one, will be considered redeemed.

LATE POLICY:

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. Please understand that we can not adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a later arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
